SOUNDS AFFECT

HARMONY IN MINDFULNESS and SOUND

Healing Through the Power of Sound

Bringing accessible sound healing, meditation, and wellness experiences to schools, nonprofits, senior communities, and organizations throughout the Chicago suburbs.

What We Do

Sounds Affect provides immersive sound bath and meditation experiences that help people slow down, reduce stress, and reconnect with themselves.

We partner with nonprofits, schools, community organizations, and businesses to bring accessible wellness experiences to people of all ages.

Through one-time workshops and ongoing programs, we create spaces for relaxation, reflection, and healing—while expanding access to sound wellness in the communities that need it most.

Our offerings include guided meditation, mindfulness instruction, and immersive sound bath experiences designed to promote relaxation and well-being.

Using instruments such as crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, gongs, and chimes, participants are gently immersed in soothing sounds and vibrations that help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and encourage deep relaxation.

Sound baths can help reduce stress, improve focus, ease tension, and create a greater sense of balance and presence. Sessions are accessible to all experience levels and provide a welcoming space to slow down, recharge, and reconnect with yourself.

No experience is necessary—just a willingness to pause, listen, and experience the restorative power of sound.
